Programma di ricerca

Bronchiectasie nel paziente con BPCO: prevalenza e colonizzazione batterica.
Università di riferimento
Università degli Studi di PARMA - SCIENZE CLINICHE - PARMA(PR)
Responsabile dell'Unità di ricerca
Maurizio ZOMPATORI
Descrizione
IL NOSTRO STUDIO SI PREFIGGE DI VALUTARE LA PREVALENZA E IL TIPO DI BRONCHIECTASIE NEI PAZIENTI CON BPCO.
VERRA' APPLICATO IL SEGUENTE PROTOCOLLO:
1. ESAME TC IN INSPIRAZIONE CON COLLIMAZIONE DI 1 MM E RICOSTRUZIONE DELL'IMMAGINE OGNI 10 MM + 3 SCANSIONI IN ESPIRIUM A TRE LIVELLI ANATOMICI PREDETERMINATI (ARCO AORTICO, CARENA TRACHEALE, VENA POLMONARE BASALE DESTRA)
2. PARAMETRI TECNICI: 120 kV, 220 mA, FILTRO DI CONVOLUZIONE PER OSSO, FOV INCLUDENTE ENTRAMBI I POLMONI, FINESTRA PER PARENCHIMA
(- 600/1600 HU)
3. TUTTI GLI ESAMI TC VERRANNO SALVATI SU CD ROM

GLI ESAMI TC VERRANNO ESAMINATI DA N° 2 RADIOLOGI, E LE DISCORDANZE VERRANNO RISOLTE PER CONSENSO.
LA DIAGNOSI E LA VALUTAZIONE DELLE BRONCHIECTASIE VERRA' ESEGUITA SECONDO I CRITERI DI WEBB ET AL. (28)
