Preliminary remark:
Since this research project is composed of only one operative unit, we believe it is unnecessary to repeat the presentation of the descriptive parts twice. The national and international scientific background, the bibliographic references as well as the description of the programme and the tasks to be undertaken by the unit will thus be presented in the respective sections of Model A.
