Description
The research aims at analyze the level of protection of the new interests with three different points of view: domestic law, European law and international law. This operation contemplates a comparison with the law of the other European States.
The analysis includes the consideration of the positive law (Constitutions and international agreements), of the doctrine and the jurisprudence (especially of the supreme Courts).
The research will make use of the usual scientific instruments, such as doctrine, jurisprudence, data base, computers, meetings with the other units and conferences.
