a) Pre-conditions for the drafting of a code of civil procedure, from an historic and a systematic point of view.b) As far as the first specific topic is concerned, the resarch will test the possibility for uniform provisions on the interim enforceability of judgments before res judicata: with specific concern to the relations with the creation of the European Enforcement Order (according to Regulation No. 805/2004 and to Regulation No. 2201/2003).
c) As far as the second specific topic is concerned, the resarch will focus the different approaches to the provisions on garnishment, with the aim of drafting uniform rules on the "blocking" of the debt and on the order for the trasfer of the debt to the advantage of the enforcement-creditor.
