Description
The search intends first of all to verify the opportunity of a penal protection of the religious feeling upon contents, capacity, and constitutional importance of a such legally protected interest recognition. In operating such appraisal we will consider also the communitarian regulation indications and the principles of the European Convention of the Human rights as elaborated by the court of Strasburgo.

After having controlled national and overnational jurisprudence, we will verify the adequacy of the present criminal law of the religious matter foreseeing a reformulation of the rules considering and valuing also the abroad criminal law.
